1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Detroit Compliance, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Detroit Compliance provides automated monitoring of public municipal data. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our "Defense Packets" are informational templates based on public ordinances.

3. Subscription & Billing

Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You authorize us to store your payment method and automatically charge it every month until you cancel.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Dashboard settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds for partial months. However, if you believe you were charged in error, please contact support@detroitcompliance.com within 7 days of the charge.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any fines, judgments, or liens placed on your property. Our system relies on public City data which may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate.
